Data Deletion

Method 1: From Facebook Settings

1. Go to your Facebook App Settings
2. Find Bowtie Beacon in the list of apps
3. Click Remove to revoke access
4. When prompted, select "Delete all data"
5. This triggers an automatic deletion request — you'll receive a confirmation code

Method 2: From Bowtie Beacon

1. Log in to your Bowtie Beacon account
2. Go to Project Settings > Integrations
3. Find the Meta/Facebook integration and click Disconnect
4. This immediately revokes access and queues data deletion
5. To delete your entire account, go to Settings > Account > Delete Account

Method 3: Email Request

Send a data deletion request to:

privacy@bowtiebeacon.com

Include your account email address and specify what data you'd like deleted. We will process your request within 30 days and confirm via email.

What Data Gets Deleted

• OAuth access tokens and refresh tokens
• Ad account IDs and campaign metadata
• Synced ad performance data (spend, impressions, clicks, CTR)
• AI-generated analysis and recommendations
• Any page engagement data pulled via the integration

Note: Aggregated, anonymized analytics that cannot be traced back to your account may be retained for service improvement purposes.
